Seashell Trust are offering free support with sleep, for children and young adults (2-25) with additional needs. All sessions are currently being delivered remotely, via Zoom.
This ½ day workshop offers an introduction to the behavioural approach to sleep.
Sleep Better (5 week course)
This five week course offers parents/carers evidence-based strategies as well as group support.
1:1 intervention over a five week period, supported by one of our qualified sleep practitioners.
